The crown/RO is for Recomposicion Oviedo (rebuilt at Oviedo arsenal) in 1886.
The R stamp on top of the barrel indicates the caliber 11.5x58R Reformado.
This is not the same as the 11.15x58R Spanish (also known as .43 Spanish).
